Ingredients


60g feta cheese

20g stoned black olive

3 tbsp lactose free cream cheese

juice ½ lemon

1 tbsp finely chopped mint

small handful parsley, chopped

To serve

Gluten free pitta bread

Tomatoes

Sliced red pepper

Carrot batons








Method


In a bowl, roughly mash the feta and olives with the lactose free cream cheese, lemon juice and some black pepper to form a thick paste. Stir in 1 tbsp finely chopped mint and some parsley.

Serve with gluten free pitta bread, sliced peppers, carrots and tomatoes.
