While we do our very best to keep our FODMAP food lists up to date, we do  highly recommend the Monash University Low FODMAP app available from itunes.  Our lists offer a quick and easy guide, however as time passes more and more contradictory information appears regarding the Low FODMAP food lists having the original source of Low FODMAP information makes a great deal of sense.

Without Monash University this wonderful diet would not exist, and we would struggle to find any source of information on the Low FODMAP diet with such authority.  Research is continuing, and more and more foods are being tested, so if indoubt, get this app.  Click here to see a video clip about the app.
