Low FODMAP Recipe: Minced pork with pak choi


For the pork

2 tbsp sesame oil

100g/3½ oz minced pork

1 tsp garlic infused oil

½ red chilli, finely chopped

2 tbsp  gluten free soy sauce

2 tbsp golden syrup

To serve

100g/3½oz steamed pak choi

Preparation method

In a frying pan heat the sesame oil with the pork  for four minutes until pork is browned and crisp.

Add the chilli, soy sauce, garlic oil and golden syrup and cook for two more minutes.

Serve the pork on top of the steamed pak choi.
