Low FODMAP Recipe : Melon caipirinha


A refreshing take on the classic Brazilian cocktail

Ingredients

½ lime, cut into wedges

handful diced cantaloupe melon flesh

2 tsp caster sugar

35ml/1¼fl oz cachaça

1 tbsp melon liqueur




Preparation method

Muddle (crush) the lime, melon, sugar, cachaça and melon liqueur in a cocktail shaker, then shake well.

Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with crushed ice.
