Low FODMAP Recipe - White Bread


Ingredients

3 cups (400g) Orgran Gluten Free Plain Flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

1 sachet (7g) dry yeast

1¾  cups warm water

2 tsp oil or melted margarine


Method

Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF)

Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add oil to warm water and pour into dry mixture. Mix well.

Spoon mix into a greased loaf tin. Cover with clean tea towel and leave in a warm place to proof for 20 minutes.

Brush the top of the loaf with vegetable oil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

Cool on wire rack.
