Ingredients


400g baby leaf spinach

25g lactose/dairy free butter

1 tsp grated nutmeg

100g feta cheese (or vegetarian alternative), crumbled

1 tbsp pine nuts














Method


Wilt the spinach in the lactose/dairy free butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat for a few mins.

Once wilted, grate in the nutmeg, stir in the, pine nuts, feta and serve straight away.
